DYNESS BASE+BDU for HV9637 (TOWER T7, T10, T14, T17, T21)
The Dyness Tower Series is a high voltage energy storage system designed for residential and commercial applications. This system uses HV9637 battery modules and includes components such as BASE and BDU (Battery Disconnect Unit) which play a key role in its operation.
BASE:
Function: The BASE serves as a base for stacking the HV9637 battery modules. It ensures stability and correct alignment of the modules, facilitating their installation and connection.
BDU (Battery Disconnect Unit):
Function: The BDU is responsible for managing the electrical connections between the battery modules and the inverter. It performs functions such as pre-charging, over- and under-voltage protection, temperature protection, cell balancing, and calculation of state of charge (SOC) and battery health (SOH).
Communication: The BDU supports CAN and RS485 communication protocols, allowing integration with various inverters and control systems.
Technical characteristics:
Recommended charge/discharge current: 18.5A
Dimensions: 504 x 380 x 240 mm
Weight: 23 kg
Operating temperature range: -20°C to +55°C
Degree of protection: IP54
Compatibility:
The Tower system is compatible with a variety of inverters, including models from manufacturers such as Ingeteam, Kostal, Goodwe, Solis, SAJ and others. Before installation, it is recommended to consult the list of approved inverters from the manufacturer.
Model Configurations:
The Tower system offers different configurations depending on the number of HV9637 modules used:
T7: 2 modules
T10: 3 modules
T14: 4 modules
T17: 5 modules
T21: 6 modules
These configurations allow flexibility in building an energy storage system according to the specific needs of the user.
Conclusion:
The BASE and BDU components are essential to the proper operation of the Dyness Tower Series. They provide structural stability, safety and efficient energy management, making the system a reliable energy storage solution in a variety of applications.
